Friday is always good for me anyways as I work from home.\n \nFor breakfast, I had avocado toasts with 1 egg and some liquid egg whites. Tbh haven\'t had toasts for breakfast for long, because I was afraid of eating carbs in the morning.\n \nFor lunch, I cooked lean pork meat with green peppers, assorted with veggies and quinoa. This is the comfort food that reminds me of my dad\'s cooking.\n \nI felt like some snacks after a long walk, and went a little too far. I had one whole oatmeal cookie and a protein bar. The cookie was soft and fuggy, a leftover from yesterday\'s meeting.\n \nFor dinner, I cooked wawacai soup with scallops.
