资本正流向那些能做医疗级精准诊断的硬科技公司。2026年初，旧金山初创公司Wearlinq完成1400万美元融资，其产品是全球首个获FDA认证的6导联无线心电仪，能捕捉传统单导设备漏掉的心律失常，目前已有超1000名患者在使用。
其他案例同样印证这一趋势。以色列公司Biobeat于2025年底完成5000万美元B轮融资，核心是其获FDA认证的无袖带血压监测技术，服务美国超1亿的高血压患者。此外，Kestra Medical投资500万美元，计划将Biobeat的技术整合进自家的穿戴式心脏除颤器中，因为他们发现72%的使用者同时患有高血压。
二、 技术走向：数据从"参考"迈向"诊断"
技术正从消费级功能向医疗级诊断工具升级，设备数据正在成为医生的决策依据。Biobeat的血压监测系统采用100%一次性传感器，数据可在30秒内无线传输至医院系统，解决了交叉感染和数据实时性的问题。
连续血糖监测领域也在突破。Dexcom的G7系统平均误差仅8.2%，已接近临床生化标准。此外，Acorai研发手持设备筛查心衰高风险人群，Myoact结合肌电与AI评估康复效果，设备正从治疗工具变为预防和诊断系统。
